Lesley Musick, ENP, CMCP, RPL

Executive Director

Lesley Musick was appointed Executive Director of Sullivan County Emergency Communications District in October of 2022. She came to Sullivan County with 22 years of public safety communications experience. During this time, she has served in various roles as: 9-1-1 call-taker, Police/Fire/EMS telecommunicator, dispatch trainer, and addressing/GIS Coordinator. Lesley has a Bachelor of Business Administration from ETSU. She holds an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) certification from the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), the Call Center Management certification and recently earned the APCO Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL) certification program, proving her commitment to the 9-1-1 profession. She is a member of the TN Public Safety Network Debriefing Teams, the NENA Wellness Continuum Resource Subcommittee, the APCO Health and Wellness committee and is a certified yoga instructor. Her passion is promoting the physical and mental health of 9-1-1 professionals while providing them the best training and equipment to serve the citizens and visitors of Sullivan County.

Ronette Hurley

Administrative Specialist

Ronette Hurley began her journey with Sullivan County 911 in June of 2023. This marked a new chapter in her career, one shaped by diverse experiences and a determination for both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
Before joining the team at Sullivan County ECD, Ronette dedicated over a decade as Executive Assistant for a renowned independent pharmacy. This role shaped her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate the complexities of fast-paced work environments.

Prior to that, Ronette spent 12 years in sales support for Sprint Yellow Pages, developing a keen understanding of customer relations and the dynamics of a competitive market.
Having witnessed the dedication and integrity of family members who are in law enforcement or who have retired from law enforcement, has instilled in Ronette a respect for the values of duty, honor, and community.
In her personal time, Ronette enjoys camping trips with her husband and pup, spending time with family, gardening, crafting, and baking.

Chris Hager

GIS/Addressing Coordinator

Chris Hager has been the GIS/Addressing Coordinator for Sullivan County 911 since July of 2007. Mr. Hager graduated with a Bachelor of Science in the Digital Media program from ETSU in 2007. Previously he worked for Sullivan County 911 part time creating the GIS addressing infrastructure that is currently being utilized by 911 dispatchers. Mr. Hager is certified with American Health & Safety Basic Life Support, FEMA Incident Command, and IPAWS training. He also has certifications for a variety of GIS software, and training CEU’s.

Chris was recently appointed to the Tennessee Emergency Communications Board Advisory committee, representing the citizens and the District in this role.
